If you have a scheduled report saved in Portal and you edit the report, the next time it runs the report will be blank.
An error will show in the PCService.log on the Portal server at the same time the schedule runs:

Code issue
This is resolved in NetOps 25.4.1 and above.
If upgrading does not resolve the issue you will need to recreate the schedule. Upon newly creating the schedule it reconfigures the back end code so that this issue will no longer happen.

Symptom: When modifying a scheduled report, the saved URL leads to a blank page when the report is executed.
Resolution: With this fix, the saved URL accurately points to the intended report, allowing users to execute the report without encountering a blank page.
