Proactive HA provider list is empty when configuring Proactive HA for HPE OneView enabled ESXi Cluster

Issue/Introduction

When configuring a ESXi cluster for Proactive HA, the HPE OneView for vCenter provider is absent from the Proactive HA providers list. 

The HPE OneView appliance is installed on the vCenter and the necessary OV4VC appliances are also deployed. 

Environment

vCenter 8.X

Resolution

Please engage HPE Support for additional assistance if restarting the appliance does not allow the provider to populate.
