Extensions don't get registered with look up service when extension doesn't provide the nodeid during service registration.
VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x
nodeId is optional parameter, services can choose to skip it.
If the services do not provide the nodeid parameter then the skipreg parameter should be set in order to avoid problems during unregistration or update of the service.
If this is not provided then the system might attempt to delete the service from the lookup service registry and fail as a result.
In released builds it generates a backtrace and proceeds.
