Issue/Introduction

Summary:

A new Domain Manager was built and we are currently in the process of moving the agents from the old Domain Manager to the new Domain Manager. Is there a way to prioritize and speed up the move process?

Environment:

All Versions of CA Client Automation

Instructions:

The computer move process can be prioritized using by configuring the following configuration policy parameters under Default Computer Policy->Software Delivery->Manager:

Computer move: OSIM Move enabled = False (Set this to False if old Domain Manager is pre 12.5 version)
Computer move: Task time limit = 30 (Default 10)
Computer move: Time between tasks = 10 (Default 30)
Task: Computer move task priority = 1 (Default 5)

*Note: The configuration policy parameters have to be defined on the new Domain Manager, since the Task Manager on the new Domain Manager moves the agent records.

**Important Note: Once the agents have moved to the new Domain Manager, set the configuration policy parameters to default.
