Issue/Introduction

- After completing a 9.0 vSphere with Tanzu Kubernetes Supervisor cluster deployment with Foundation Load Balancer, the VIP of the supervisor cluster is inacessible.
- When attempting to access the VCF Consumption Command Line Interface download menu, the VIP in the browser fails to load (Picture Shown below). :


- CURL commands and similar requests directed at the Supervisor Cluster's Virtual IP (VIP) are unsuccessful. For instance, executing curl -v https://<virtual IP of the supervisor cluster> will fail.

Environment

vSphere with Tanzu Kubernetes Supervisor Cluster with Foundation Load Balancer 9.0

Cause

Network traffic cannot flow between the workstation and the Supervisor VIP.

Resolution

Ensure that traffic between your workstation and the Virtual Server Network port group is routable. Additionally, confirm that all networking requirements outlined in the Requirements for Deploying vSphere Supervisor with Foundation Load Balancer documentation have been met.
