Tagged Witness license to physical ESXi host for vSAN witness appliance but the license remains as an evaluation license in vSphere 9.x UI

Issue/Introduction

• Followed the steps in KB Witness hosts in 9.0 require to be manually tagged as a witness host for the witness license to be applied but the license remains as an evaluation trial license when checking vCenter 9.x inventory 
• There is no VCF 9.0 license added when you sign into vSphere 9.x UI navigating to Administration > Licenses > Version 9+ Licenses

VCenter 9.x 

Cause

VCF license was not added to vCenter which is done through VCF Operations

Resolution

Please add the VCF license using the following documentation as a guide VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0-Licensing
