Issue/Introduction

Errors trying to send files to a FTP server:

ESF937  File   nnnn on printer FTPxxxx  - FTP client error for command FAPI_SCMD pass RC=11                      
ESF937  File   nnnn on printer FTPxxxx  - FCAI_ReturnCode=0 FCAI_ReasonCode=0x00000000                           
ESF967  File   nnnn on printer FTPxxxx  User login refused

Cause

The errors indicate that either the userid or the password are invalid or expired

Resolution

Check with the FTP server administrator what are the correct userid and password and update the Spool node definition accordingly:
