Issue/Introduction

We tried to modify an user but it failed with following error:

Modify user "test": Exception returned from the HTTPPostMessage send. Error code = 1 Error message = JobUpdateService.CreateJobByRefSave() returned com.workpoint.common.exception.LicenseException. Error message = License expired for package WorkPoint EJB Server in the license file.

Since the license expired from WorkPoint, workflows are not functioning in IGA Suite V15.

Resolution

Engineering team included the fix for this issue in IGA Suite 15 - fixpack 1 as part of defect DE649338. If you face the same issue then please upgrade to the fixpack 1.
