vSphere HA restarts one or more virtual machine and corresponding alarm will be fired on the vCenter Server.
vSphere HA is designed to monitor the ESXi Server and virtual machine state. If the ESXi Server is isolated or powered off unexpectedly all the protected virtual machines on that server will be restarted on any of the remaining servers in the cluster.
There is no specific action required for the virtual machine which was restarted. You need to identify the host that was isolated/powered off and investigate the cause of the event.
