Unable to store device access event when CSP agent is registered with DCS 6.10 Management Server GA build

Issue/Introduction

The customer reported an issue where the device access event could not be written to the CSPEvent table.  

Error:

Data Error(s) in Event record - Invalid Event Type (PDEV)

 

 

Environment

• CSP Agent 8.0.x
• CSP Prevention Policy with Device Access rules enabled
• DCS 6.10 GA Management Server

 

 

 

Cause

This is a known issue for CSP agent that is managed by DCS 6.10 Management Server GA build.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, please upgrade the DCS Management Server, Communication Server and Console components to version 6.10 U1.
