Issue/Introduction

• Downloading Binaries from online depot fails with below error.

•  /var/log/vmware/vcf/lcm/lcm-debug.log reports below errors.

• Accessing one of the URL fails with error 'Not Entitled' error URL: https://dl.broadcom.com:443/XXXXX/PROD/COMP/ESX_HOST/VMware-VMvisor-Installer-9.0.0.0.24755229.x86_64.iso

Cause

This issue occurs if the associated SITE- Id is not entitled for the download.. 

Resolution

To resolve this issue use a user from SITE-Id entitled to download  9.0
