Issue/Introduction

Smarts Tomcat service stops everyday.

Environment

Smarts 24.3.13

Cause

Opensearch and RabbitMQ client connection threads are not evicted after connections become stale, leading to thread
accumulation and, eventually, Tomcat process goes OOM.

Resolution

Fix will be part of Smarts release 25.4.1 where the issue has been resolved to manage thread eviction of client connections.
