Accessing pages from Storage policies list in VMware Cloud Director is very slow to open

Issue/Introduction

• When accessing the list of storage policies for tenants it is very slow to load and might take 20-30 seconds to load each page. It is also very slow when editing the storage policy or editing the storage policy of a disk.
• It takes 20-30 minutes to create a Organization VDC inside VMware Cloud Director (VCD) while using the Sub-Provider feature when trying to select multiple storage policies across different pages. 

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.1 

Cause

The issue occurs due to the new views that are introduced in VCD 10.6.x for three-tier tenancy feature. This is a known issue with VCD product while using the Sub-Provider level tenancy.
