Details Flyout To Dos subtab no displaying correct data

Issue/Introduction

With the Tasks Details flyout open, on the To Dos subtab, navigating between different task rows, the list of To Dos is not refreshed to display associated To Dos with the highlighted task. It still shows the To Dos list from the prior selected Task. 
You can observe the same behavior with To Dos on Risks, Issues or Changes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to MUX and edit a project
2. Om the Tasks tab, create two tasks
3. Highlight the first task, open the Details flyout and navigate to the To Dos tab
4. Create a To Do
5. Highlight the next task

Expected Results: The To Dos tab does not show any To Do
Actual Results: The To Dos tab shows the To Dos of the previous tasks

Note: If both Tasks have To Dos, the To Dos do not refresh and when navigating to the second task, the To Dos of the first task display

This will also happen on Risks, Issues and Changes with To Dos.
