Introduction: 

How to enable mod_jk logging for CA Access Gateway (SPS)

Background: 

In order to see more information for runtime events of communication from Apache to Tomcat you would want to enable mod_jk logging and set it to debug.

Environment: 

All versions of CA Access Gateway (SPS)

Instructions:

  1. Open the httpd.conf file found in \CA\secure-proxy\proxy-engine\conf\
  2. Modify the JkLogLevel from the default value of error to debug.

 

** Example: JkLogLevel debug
** Log levels available: Error, Info, Debug
