Problem with GET API request on '/suite-api/api/applications/resources ' getting response code Error 500 : Internal Server error, cause unknown.

Issue/Introduction

While running the GET API request on '/suite-api/api/applications/resources '  The following response is received:

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.3 or Earlier

Cause

This Error will occur if there are VMs that have a running agent but are powered off. 

Resolution

• The workaround for this is to uninstall the agent before powering off the VM.

• The fix for this issue is to upgrade to Aria Operations 8.18.5
