Production FTP is not accessible after Monthly Maintenance

Issue/Introduction

• A monthly maintenance window has just completed
• It is then attempted to place a file in the SFTP location for interfacing with 3rd party applications
• It is noticed that the Production folder is not accessible
• Non-production folders (such as Dev and Test) are accessible.

Environment

• Only applicable to Clarity SaaS

Resolution

• Raise a Case with Broadcom Support to have this checked upon.
