Warning No devices to switch in device group "<group name>" when using Switch Group to Cloud Managed command

Issue/Introduction

When using the "Switch Group to Cloud Managed" command in Symantec Endpoint Security you see a message in the upper right hand corner stating:

Warning No devices to switch in device group "<group name>".

Environment

Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) with a Hybrid enrolled Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM).

Cause

The sync'd group has already been migrated once before.

Resolution

If a group has previously been migrated from the SEPM to SES, you may see this message.  To check if the group has already been migrated:

1. Login to the SES cloud portal.
2. Click on the Command Status icon (hour glass icon, upper right).
3. Click on the SEPM to Cloud section.
4. Check to see if the Device Group Name already exists.
