Downloads and License upgrade from 8.x to 9.x

Issue/Introduction

1. You are trying to upgrade licenses from 8.x to 9.x for vSphere vCenter, ESXi, and VSAN. But you encountered the following "No data available to upgrade" error:

2. You are unable to see the downloads for ESXi and VSAN 9.x, but you were able to find the download for vCenter 9.0.1.

3. You have a valid VMware vSphere Foundation 8 for VDI that you want to upgrade to 9.x,  and you also want to upgrade your VVF for Desktops from 8.x to 9.x.

Cause

It's currently not supported to upgrade VMware vSphere Foundation 8 for VDI to 9.x.
