The Portal creates a Request that is stored in the Portal database with details about the request and the results in Identity Manager. After several years this data has built up in the database.
Is there a way to purge old Requests from the Portal database?

Version 15 of the Identity Portal includes a new option to Archive and / or Purge Requests.
Portal Admin > Modules > My Requests > Schedule tab:
There are multiple options, both for Archiving and Purging based on various configurable requirements.

The two configurations for Archive and Purge are independent and both need to be configured for Archiving and Purging of Requests.
