VMware Aria Operations (formerly vRealize Operations) 8.x

Issue/Introduction

You are trying to access the Aria Operations admin UI (https://AriaOps_IP_or_FQDN/admin) by using the local admin account to start the upgrade process, but are experiencing the error "Username or password is incorrect".

Environment

Aria Operations 8.x

Cause

"Admin" is used for the local admin account instead of "admin".

Resolution

The local user admin account for Aria Operations UI is admin, not Admin.
