Issue/Introduction

Conversations in Hierarchy for task not showing all the conversations

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Go to MUX - Hierarchies
2. Open a Hierarchy
3. Click on Tasks (Go to the task with more than 10 conversations)
4. Go to Details panel - Conversations
5. Scroll to the bottom of the conversations.

Expected Result: Display all the conversations

Actual Result: It displays only 10 records and throws ‘Invalid resource name provided’ error

NOTE:

1. All the conversations are displayed in the Conversations Tab.
2. Issue is observed only in details panel - conversations.

Resolution

DE176921 is fixed in 16.4.0 version
