Issue/Introduction

If a Notification object has multiple notification details defined, they may get combined when using an apostrophe in more than one notification detail's "Message Text/Custom Text" field (Body of notification).

For example, the below Notification has two notification details or rules:

Each notification detail has the value TESTS in the custom text field:

If both notification detail is updated to include an apostrophe, both notification detail will be combined into one notification detail once you save, close, and reopen.
Below is after adding the apostrophe and before applying and closing:

After closing and reopening the notification, the 2 notification details become one with both custom text being combined together:

Resolution

Workaround:

Avoid using an apostrophe character when using having multiple notification details or when using multiple notification details, only one can have an apostrophe.

Solution:

Fixed in Applications Manager version 9.6.2 and/or 9.7
