New install of Service Operations Insight does not open in web UI. The message displayed is "Please Wait". SOI UI does not update.
Service Operations Insight UI does not open. The following message is displayed.

Error in Service Operations Insight Manager log
Incomplete installation do to missing files under c:\registry\topology\physical\node0\bootstrap.xml . Installation performed from a install image copied to a mapped drive or a network share.
Uninstall. Recommendation is to copy install image on local drive and then run the install.
