Issue/Introduction

Symptom:

SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4  REASON CODE=00000011
very early in CA IDMS CV startup, prior to any startup messages issued to jeslog.
 

Resolution:

Please ensure that the CA IDMS CDMSLIB is correct in the startup jcl.
This abend has occurred if the CDMSLIB has been overwritten, or is missing, or load modules from a previous release are in the library concatenation.
