very early in IDMS CV startup, prior to any startup messages issued to jeslog.

Environment

Release: All supported releases.

Cause

This abend has occurred if the CDMSLIB has been overwritten, or is missing, or load modules from a previous release are in the library concatenation.

Resolution

Please ensure that the IDMS CDMSLIB is correct in the startup JCL.
