Issue/Introduction

Installation precheck for globalenvironment shows the below results for the check 'vCenter Server Version validity check' when the vCenter version is 8.0U3a or later.

Result Description : Version '8.0.0 U3' of vCenter Server '<vCenter FQDN>' is not valid for product 'vidm' and version '3.3.7'

Status : Warning

Resolution

The warning can be safely ignored as VMware Identity Manager 3.3.7 is compatible with all the minor versions of VMware vCenter 8.0u3.
