Edit service and come out selected universe is set back to AllAccess

Issue/Introduction

The Universe selected is not sticking after entering a Service to edit.

1. Select universe AutoTicket
2. Go to Services
3. Only see AutoTicket universe
4. Select service
5. Edit
6. Cancel out or change
7. Come out Universes set to All Access

Environment

DX O2 SaaS

Resolution

All Access is required to edit a service. We do not track the change within the service, so the universe change is always back to All Access
