Cannot change order of ICAP services via VPM

Issue/Introduction

Edge SWG admin defined multiple ICAP services/groups to send traffic to back end DLP services.
After creating a policy to perform request analysis, all the services showed up as expected, and in the order defined below:

When admin tries to change the order e.g. move the bottom entry from the ordered list to the top and apply the change, the config is never updated - it always default back to what was there originally.

VPM 2.2.9

Cause

SWGMGT-11299

Resolution

The issue has been fixed with the WebVPM 2.2.10 release.

A workaround also exists , where the admin can take can one server/group from the list (take the one we want to put at bottom), apply the update and then add it back in, then it will go to the bottom as expected.
