Issue/Introduction

Symptoms: 

Attempting to install a CS RS level into one of my CSM managed zones, the following message is encountered:

A product or release for FMIDs (example: CCSA91O CAVH912 CAVH911 CAVH91O) was not found in the software catalog. The maintenance cannot be applied to the

product.

 

Workaround:

This particular condition can be circumvented by selecting 'Offline' when presented with the option.
