Load Data Warehouse full job runs up to 11 hours and fails

Issue/Introduction

• 'Load Data Warehouse' is run with the 'Full Load' option set to True
• It executes for upto 11 hours, before failing
• The 'Enable Instantaneous Sync' flag in the System Options page is set to True
• This happens only in a specific environment. In other environments it completes without issues.
