Issue/Introduction

NSX manager onboarding Readiness status shows Not ready state and Connectivity agents shows Inventory and Infrastructure status as Unknown.

To verify the issue-

1- Check the status of the connectivity agents and the NSX readiness status.

Go to SSP UI -> System-> NSX Manager

2- Check the site-service pod status.

Login to SSP-I CLI as root.

Run the below command.

root@sspir:~# k get pods -A | grep site-service
nsxi-platform       site-service-795f568f59-n5lhd                                     1/1     Running     0                103m

3- Verify that the site event "SiteConditionConfiguredPlatformDeploymentConfig" status shows  as False.

root@sspir:~# k describe site -n nsxi-platform

 Last Transition Time:  2025-10-08T10:44:47Z
    Message:
    Reason:                RequiredForInterop
    Status:                False
    Type:                  SiteConditionConfiguredPlatformDeploymentConfig

4- No error shows in the site-service pod logs. We see success code 200.

root@sspir:~#  k logs  site-service-795f568f59-n5lhd  -n nsxi-platform

Environment

SSP 5.0

Cause

After the NAPP undeployment, the analytics and data processing services may not fully synchronize with the NSX Manager. As a result, the NSX Manager might still retain old service registrations referencing NAPP, along with stale certificates, tokens, and cached Proton metadata that continue to point to NAPP endpoint URLs.

Resolution

After verifying the issue, take the SSH access of all three NSX managers .

Login as root

Restart the service proton.

# service proton restart

This should resolve the issue.
