Issue/Introduction

After updating the vCenter IP address and DNS record, the MFA Integration with MS Entra ID stops working.

Environment

vCenter 8.x

Cause

The new vCenter IP has not been added to the firewall to allow access to Mircosoft.com 

Resolution

Open Firewall to allow access from the new vCenter IP.
