Issue/Introduction

Users are encountering incorrect time zone values in their (Iteration, Release, milestone) timeboxes, causing confusion and inconsistencies. The timebox start and end dates should align with the Workspace configured time zone.

The time zone discrepancy in timeboxes occurs when a user's profile lacks a "default project" setting. This omission prevents the system from accurately determining the correct time zone to display.

Once a default project is assigned within the user's profile, the system recognizes the workspace time zone and will subsequently show the accurate time zone information in all timebox artifacts.
