Nothing happened when add broker on workbench Citrix installation

Issue/Introduction

Problem: 

When clicking on the "add broker" button on the Workbench nothing happens. The .log file reports the following error message:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:\\RES.SYS.SHARED.FORTIS\User\I44\I44875\UserData\AppData.W7\CascmClient\cascm\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\4\1\cp\hutilities.dll: Can´t find dependent libaries 

Environment:  

Citrix Server

Windows 7 

Cause: 

This error message informs that there is a path or variable problem.

Resolution:

- First, check if the hutilities.dll do exists at the given path.

- Check also if the CA_SCM_Home Variable is on Citrix Server and if you can find this CA SCM components:

  CA_SCM_HOME, CA_SCM_LOCALHOME, HARVESTHOME, LOCALHARVESTHOME <C:\Program Files\CA\SCM>

  C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SharedComponents\PEC\bin

  C:\Program Files\CA\SCM\x86

- Please check that the name resolution is working from citrix server to harvest broker in both ways.
