  • Sign into VMware Cloud Foundation UI > Navigate to Fleet Management > Passwords > ESXi hosts that are part of the imported workload domain do not show when filtering VCF Component by ESXi hosts

Environment

SDDC manager 5.2.x

Resolution

Password and certificate management for ESXi hosts that are imported as workload domain are managed by SDDC manager

  1. Log in to the SDDC Manager UI
  2. Navigate to Administration > Security > Password Management
  3. Select the desired ESXi host(s) under the component list, and then choose UPDATE to set a manual password or ROTATE to generate a new, random password.
