The GSLB pool member was disabled, but it is still showing as enabled on the UI.

Issue/Introduction

The customer has a GSLB pool with three pool members. They disabled two of them and saved the changes, but upon rechecking, the disabled members are still showing as enabled in the UI.

• Clicked Save and then Save and Commit to apply the changes.

Reopened the GSLB pool to verify the configuration and observed that the pool members are still showing as enabled.

NOTE: There is no impact on traffic. When verified from the CLI, it shows the correct status.

This has been identified as a cosmetic issue observed in version 30.2.x.

Resolution

Fixed in 31.1.1 and  31.2.1
