Can Support provide a CPL or policy backup in the Cloud SWG Portal managed policy?
Cloud SWG Portal (Portal Managed Policy)
No, Support is no longer allowed to download CPL or policy when the policy is managed via the Cloud SWG Portal.
A feature request has been made.
Note: If a policy is managed by a Management Center (UPE), the full policy is available in the Management Center.
Alternative options are:
1. Take a screenshot of the policy
2. Use an API to get the policy lists based on the Manage Policy Lists (Policy Management API) techdocs.
