Issue/Introduction

Schedule a external job in Sysview through a Schedule panel to run every 10 minutes in a day.

Resolution

Create a new member in the PDS with right access to SYSVIEW. Include the JCL and Job Card in this new member

Follow below steps - 

Create a new schedule and edit the schedule with below options

FUNCTION - SUBMIT

Parms - PDS name(Member)  (for ex - SYSXXX.JCL.RUN(SAMPLE)- without quotes)

 If you would like to run this every 10 minutes throughout the day, select the appropriate scheduling options.

TYPE RECUR

EVERY 00:10:00

LIMIT NOLIMIT

 

Note : Modify the Schedule parameters based on the requirement !
