Issue/Introduction

After installing 8.18 patch 5 LCM would not start and even if rebooted the service does not come up.

Environment

LCM 8.18 patch 3

Resolution

After running the /data/tmp-patch-xxx/xxxx/post_patch_instructions.sh script it is possible restart the service and complete the process
