Top Secret STC ACID shows unreferenced in Cleanup Reports but Top Secret List shows signon today

Issue/Introduction

A Top Secret started task (STC) ACID shows up in a Cleanup for Top Secret UNREF report. The report shows that the STC ACID hasn't signed on for over 750 days even though the STC ACID has a recent LAST USED DATE when listed.

Resolution

The Cleanup started task and Top Secret must have completely initialized before it can track ACID and resource access. If the started task is started before Cleanup and ACF2 initialization, the STC ACID's usage cannot be tracked.

Either:

1. Start the STC after Cleanup and Top Secret.

2. Or startup Cleanup and Top Secret as soon as possible, then start the started task.
