Issue/Introduction

During a VCF Automation 9 install in a ".local" domain, you receive the following error message:

Error Code : 'LCMVSPHERECONFIG1000095',
java.lang.Exception: Failed to create services platform cluster. Refer to /var/log/vrlcm/vmsp_bootstrap_xxxxx.log for more details.
Waiting for cluster vcf-mgmt-########## to be provisioned
error: timed out waiting for the condition on kubernetesclusters/vcf-mgmt-##########

Re-deploy the VCF environment using a different domain (not ".local").
