DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance Cisco ACI Plugin Poll is failing due to a token timeout

Issue/Introduction

During some poll cycles we are noticing that the ACI plugin poll is failing due to a timeout with the authentication token. When this happens we are seeing the following error message in the oc.log file:

Cause

The inventory poll is exceeding the 10 minute interval because of a large endpoint size.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance 24.3.11 release. If seen in a prior release, the workaround for this issue is to set the following in the ACI plugin configuration.

"APIC_MAX_PAGE_SIZE": 300
