Manage Telegraf Agents - custom monitoring services status is spinning 'data receiving' and does not turn green OK

Issue/Introduction

Add a service to be collected by Telegraf agent successfully but the status does not change to green and is spinning, hovering over the spinning icon shows 'data receiving'

Aria Operations 8.x

Resolution

The 'Data receiving' status indicates the service is being monitored as expected and when selecting the 'Go to Details' option you can view the metrics being collected for the services.

Occasionally for environmental reasons the status of the services will take a long time to turn green possibly days.

Editing and saving the service without making any changes will often trigger the service to go to a green status.

If after 7 days the status has not turned green there is an automatic task that will turn it green.

Once the status is 'Data receiving' all metrics are being collected and the spinning can be ignored as it will change after 7 days to green.
