Issue/Introduction

Upgrading from z/vse 6.2 to vse 6.3.1. The installation of LU07741 LU07760 did not succeed:

Cause

Apars TC23600 and TC23601 need to be removed to apply newer ptfs

Resolution

1. UNDO the TC23600,and TC23601 versions of the ptfs because they have been replaced with the newer LU versions.
