Issue/Introduction

Question:

On a form post that gets redirected by the agent to a login page, the form post information is encoded and stored in form data SmPostPreserve.  Can you please share details about this encoding method?  Is this proprietary to the SM agent, or can it be decoded manually?

Answer:

SMPostPreserve value is encrypted with proprietary code and cannot be decrypted for your use. Once the encrypted string is passed through the fcc, it is processed and decrypted. The value cannot be decrypted in any other fashion.
