Ansible Opensource integration fails to vaildate with private key

Issue/Introduction

• Ansible Opensource integration fails to validate with private key for authentication as per Configure Ansible Open Source integration in Automation Assembler with the following error:
  Error: Failed to connect to machine after 3 retries [Error Reference ID: <some id>] 
  
  
• SSH to Ansible using Private Key works without issue

Environment

Aria Automation 8.x

Cause

Private key needs to be in PEM format

Resolution

Generate the Private Key for Ansible with the following command:

ssh-keygen -t rsa -m PEM
