The attribute to focus on for 'Duration' and '% Total Errors' settings for 'Interface Threshold'

Resolution

Since the threshold is a micropercent, the attribute is '% Errors Threshold (mircopercent)' and '% Errors Threshold Violation Duration (micropercent)'. 

For example, setting to '% Total Errors' 3% requires user to enter ‘3000000’ for '% Errors Threshold (micropercent)'.
