Issue/Introduction
Alert sent to webhook is in UTC time can that be changed to central time
Resolution
This is possible using the Velocity Framework but is currently unavailable for On-Prem.
This feature will be available for next On-Prem release
Feature already available for SaaS and the utility is called $dateUtil
