Getting redirected to vCenter login page instead of recovery appliance UI

Issue/Introduction

• After initial deployment of Live Recovery, attempting to access website from VAMI (port 5480) redirects to vCenter login page instead of Live Recovery.
• User getting redirected to the login page for the vCenter SRM is connected to instead of launching SRM.
• Clicking on Launch Site Recovery from https://<SRM_URL>/configure/app/landing/index.html, redirects to the vCenter login page.

Environment

Site Recovery Manager (SRM): 9.0.1

Cause

Initial deployment requires authentication with vCenter Server

Resolution

• Use Administrator credentials to authenticate with vCenter when requested to do so.
