dSeries: Agent Inventory ISO installer upload error

Issue/Introduction

When trying to upload the new ISO for the agent to the Agent Installer. User gets following error:

[ERROR] 2025-10-03 14:44:20,868 AgentsIsoHandlerRest.handleAtomicUploads() - The upload of Agent Installer(s) failed due to java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/CA/wa/RestServer/../AgentIsoTempDir/24.1.00.00/output_17595271#####.iso (No such file or directory)

 

Environment

Workload Automation DE (ESP dSeries): 12.4 or above 

OS: Linux / AIX

Cause

The OS (Unix) is preventing the renaming and/or opening of the ISO file.  Filesystem may not have adequate space as well

Resolution

Make sure that any security software is not preventing the dSeries (DE) from opening the ISO file.  If problem persists, start DE service as root user.

The ISO file may be 5 to 6 GB, make sure /tmp has adequate free space.
